Growing Team (Owatonna):
Season runs February through May, with typical shifts Monday-Friday 8am-5pm depending on the greenhouse work load. Workers must be able to work on their feet on concrete surfaces, and be able to lift, bend, stoop, push, pull for a majority of the day.
Retail Team (Owatonna and Albert Lea):
Season runs mid-April through Mid-June. Greenhouse is open 7 days a week. Workers must be available to work weekends, be able to use a cash register and handle money, provide our customers with excellent customer service, and assist in all operations in the selling house, including stocking, watering, cleaning, and maintaining plants.
